Delivery

We offer delivery worldwide by Registered Mail at a single flat rate which is around $14.50 / £9.00 / €11.25. The cost may vary slightly depending on the exchange rate if you choose a currency at checkout other than US$ but it will not vary based on the quantity so whether you buy a single watch or five the price of shipping will remain the same. We also offer shipping by FedEx, DHL and UPS but can only quote based on a specific order and location although we can obtain very favorable rates. For most deliveries we recommend registered mail because it is usually quite fast at around 7 days to most US and EU locations and 7-14 days to the vast majority of other locations worldwide. In the UK and Switzerland we can deliver most models next day.

 

All items are sold on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis, so recipients in some countries may have to pay import duty or other taxes. MWC cannot be held liable for any local import duties or taxes payable on orders made and recommends that all customers make themselves aware of such local charges before ordering.

MWC can also not be held liable in the unlikely event local customs officials decide to hold or confiscate items for any reason.

 

 

Returns & Refunds Policy

 

 If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, or it does not meet your requirements, you can return it to us, in its original condition and packaging, within 14 days of receipt of the original purchase and we will issue an exchange or a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Unless faulty, we cannot accept the return of watches that have been worn or personalized. In the unlikely event that you receive a watch that is defective, has been damaged in transit, or is not the one you ordered then you can return it to us for exchange or a full refund within 14 days of receiving it. Under these circumstances we will also refund you the cost incurred returning the item to us. If you are returning a watch to us because it is incorrect, we will only refund your postage costs if the item is wrong through an error on our part and not if the watch was wrongly ordered by yourself. 

 

 

How To Return An Item
 
Items must be returned in their original packaging and with all booklets, guarantees and product tags if they are attached. To enable us to process your return more efficiently, we ask you to include a covering note with your item stating why it is being returned and whether you want an exchange or a refund. In this note you should also include your order or invoice number, or a copy of the original invoice, so that we can track your order on the system. If an item is returned without a covering note then, if we are able to trace your order on the system, we shall contact you by phone or email to ascertain the reason for return. If we do not hear back from you within 30 days we reserve the right to either return the item to you or, if the item qualifies, process a refund minus a 7.5% administration fee. Returns should be sent via an insured and traceable method, we cannot be held liable for any items which go missing in the post and do not reach us. Please note that if you do not pay enough postage for the parcel and we have to pay a fee to take receipt of it, then we shall deduct that amount plus a 7.5% administration fee from any refund. Please allow up to 7 working days after receipt for all refunds and exchanges to be processed. Please contact us before returning an item and we will confirm the location that it should be sent to.

 

Please note that all EU orders will be shipped from either London or Berlin to avoid any potential VAT issues which can arise with shipments from our head office in Switzerland. The UK and Germany generally have all models in stock and the dedicated European website is at www.mwcwatches.com

WARRANTY ITEM RETURN POSTAGE

 

The return shipping fee of $15 payable covers the cost of returning your watch from our service centre by registered mail, this service is fully trackable and insured against loss. This fee is not a repair charge it simply covers the cost of returning the item by a secure method. When making payment please add a note of the repair number or your name and address and we will confirm return shipping within 24-48 hours.

 

Please Note: If the return postage is not paid watches will either be held by our service centre pending payment of the postage charges or sent by regular uninsured mail at your own risk.
